Any spots are then pre-treated and deodorized to release any tough (pet) stains/odors. Every job is pre-sprayed and spot cleaning is included at no extra charge!

We use a powerful truck mounted system that steam extracts the soils, pollutants and odors resting in your carpet. The water used is heated to roughly 250 degrees and is mixed with a rinse solution that is injected into your carpet under high pressure. This flushes out the pretreatment and unwanted soils, pollutants, and odors. The powerful vacuum quickly extracts the dirty water and leaves your carpets fresh and clean with no soapy residue.

M. Collins Cleaning Services asks that you remove small, breakable items out of the areas that will be cleaned before we arrive. We can handle small furniture, but large furniture will be need to removed prior to our arrival.
